| How was the summer trainings in Cyprus? |

Makani’s Trainer’s Training – challenging, blowing the limits, supportive – one of the most advancing trainings I have ever
attended. Somehow Makani manage to incorporate all the logical levels in their
training – it is very much about acquiring and mastering trainer’s skills and
abilities, and it is much more than that.
Who am I as a trainer? What am I bringing to the world? How much more do I have in me that I can share with others? Searching for the answers to these questions I discovered a tremendous strength in me, a strength that was hidden behind fear and shame. And that was my greatest challenge at the training – to let go of my fear and shame and let myself be my strong, authentic, knowing self. It wasn’t an easy task, but Makani made sure I and all the other participants did it. So, every day we went on stage, challenged ourselves, let go of what was limiting us and became even more congruent, even more powerful trainers. The training was also very much about diversity and unity. An exciting diversity of participants coming from different nations, with different educational and professional backgrounds (NLP, Enneagram, Gestalt), each of us being so different and, yet, all of us having something in common – something very important, bringing us all together at the seminar, making it possible to open up to each other, share our experiences and learn from each other. What is this something one might ask? I would say it is many things. It is the value of personal growth and development. It is the belief that we, human beings can have the life we want. It is the belief that each of us deserves a good and happy life. It is, of course the wish to assist others in finding their way to happiness. And finally, it is a vision of this world being a better and a happier place. Makani’s Trainer’s Training – challenging, blowing the limits, supportive.
