Use your best resources as a Trainer!

This training is intended for you who wish to learn how to become an excellent Trainer!

The training is 10 days of personal growth as you daily will receive inputs and feedback from Jack and Helene, certified Master Trainers, who teach this training for the 9th time. As we have a Practitioner and a Master training at the same time, you will experience the intensive environment of people on many levels of learning NLP and the Enneagram, giving you unique chance to share your knowledge. 

Prerequisites for starting the NLP & Enneagram training:

It is a condition for starting the NLP & Enneagram program that you have completed all the elements of the  Enneagram Coach program. Additionally you must have been assistant in at least two Enneagram trainings and as part of these have participated in conducting interviews (if you wish to be certified in the Enneagram).

The Trainer's training is intended for both those who have experience with teaching, as well as those who would like to learn how to teach - given that the starting point can be very different, some participants may have need of more practical experience before going on to evaluation.

The training comprises of 10 days of intensive instructions followed by an evaluation module of 2 days. (Thus it is possible to participate solely in the training and not the evaluation, or postpone evaluation to a later point in time).

Those participants of the  training who are at a satisfactory level will receive a diploma as evidence that they are Certified Enneagram Trainers and/ or Certified NLP Trainers. This diploma entitles the holder to certify Enneagram Practitioners and Masters and/ or NLP Practitioners and Masters.

Contents of the Trainer's training:

Trainer identity - which are your special qualities? Who are you as Trainer? How can you make even more use of your voice and body language to communicate your message? What does it really mean to claim to be a certified Trainer? How do you teach to the subconscious?

How do you affect the state of the participants through body language, voice, use of metaphors and linguistic presuppositions? Planning and flexibility - which educational considerations go into the planning of a course or a training? How can you best use the Disney-model in planning? How do you design exercises that ensure the best possible learning? How do you answer questions?

How do people learn? How do you make good demonstrations? When and how do you deviate from your plan? Group processes - what happens and how can they be stimulated?

How can metaphors be used to deliver messages in the teaching or to "pre-teach"?

Evaluation and certification as NLP and/ or Enneagram Trainer:

The evaluation usually takes place as a final assessment over 2 days that among other things contain written tests in active knowledge of NLP and the Enneagram, demonstration of an NLP technique, and an interview of an Enneagram panel.

Before or after this part of the evaluation a paper must be prepared describing a course of teaching and including educational theories and the educational considerations of the Trainer.

When this paper has been received and approved, the participant receives one or two diplomas as NLP Trainer and/ or Enneagram Trainer, respectively.
