We are happy to announce the birth of International Coach and Trainer Association (ICTA) – it is a merger between International Coaching Network (ICN) founded by Helene and Jack Makani some years ago and International Coach Union (ICU) founded by Mihail Dernakovsky. The new ICTA marks a wish for a closer corporation between Western and Eastern Europe within professional HR personal development.
