Assistant with supervision

You sign up as assistant to a NLP class, and you take part in leading and coaching a smaller group of students during their NLP training.

You will, as part of the assistant process, give the students individual coaching/therapy and receive supervison on this.

These sessions will be part of the 30 hours of coaching/therapy that you must give in total during your third year of HR Coach training.

With us, your assistant process takes place in Cyprus. You can also choose to be assistant at another NLP school led by a certified NLP Trainer.

You sign up as assistant with Makani Academy by contacting us on e-mail.

You will as part of your assistant process receive supervision of your coaching/therapy. This will give you a deeper understanding of what takes place during the coaching/therapy session, and how you can become even better as assistant to a NLP Practitioner class.

When you sign up as assistant to a NLP practitioner class , you will receive orientation about supervision.
(if you are assistant at an NLP school where supervision is not offered, you can find a another supervisor - the person concerned must be approved by us. You need a total of 20 hours of supervision.)
