We offer in-house trainings and teambuilding based on the Enneagram tailored to the needs of the organisation.

During an initial meeting we find the needs and set up goals for the training. We follow up with our offer and suggestions of how to achieve this goal.

The Enneagram is a unique tool for training employees and to clarify the communication inside the organisation. Further to that the Enneagram is extremely useful in decision making and conclusions. Today we find that many high levelled leadership teams use a basic understanding of the Enneagram to secure highly qualified decisions.
