Session with Helene
Helene Makani offers individual Enneagram coaching for managers and others interested. It takes place during an individual meeting and is totally confidential.
The offer includes:
- Enneagram coaching – we find your Enneagramtype which provides you with a major understanding
about unconscious parts of your self and your communication strategy. Based on that we discuss you style of leadership and define your goals (business and personal).
- Counselling based on the Enneagram – We discuss the challenges you meet in work and how you can improve on your communication with people of other Enneagram types.
- Change work (if wanted) Based on your Enneagram type and your goals we map the core issues behind and make the necessary change of beliefs.
This coaching session takes 3 – 4 hours.

For companies and groups Helene offers:
Team coaching – Training in the Enneagram including mapping the different types of team members style for communication and decision making. Followed by team training and team coaching.
