This is the next step after Enneagram I, and a possibility for furhter training for those who have participated in Ennea I, and who wish to go deeper into the Enneagram. It is also for those who wish to continue with further trainings for HR Coach or Enneagram Trainer. At this module you will learn more about how to recognize the types, and more about yourself and your own patterns. We will among other things go vil bl.a. go deeper into the levels of development for each type and with the importance of the subtypes. This will give you an opportunity to learn more about how the nine types think, and each of the types are really looking for.
The module covers the following elements:
- Recognition of people of the nine types: body language, typical words etc.
- Subtypes: sexual, social, self-preservation
- Levels of development: where I am?
- Modelling the strong side of the other types
- Personal development with the Enneagram
- The types in therapy and coaching
As usual the training will consist of introductions to the topics, exercises and interviews with the types.
The module gives the basic knowlege for later certification as an Enneagram Master.
