A call for a new religion, 30th December,

Another
light were turned off a couple of days ago. Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in Pakistan.
She was the
leader of the opposition party and the hope for millions of people in that country.
The quarrelling about who is responsible has started up in Pakistan and indeed
– it is a very violent time we experience these years – with a lot of suffering
for millions of people on the planet. It may even turn out to be worse for the
next years. Some people call it battle between the Light and the Dark!
History
shows that events of that kind normally are frontrunners for change, and Pakistan will
probably experience that in the nearest future – and is in a need for it. The
same counts for a lot of other countries around the world – countries where poverty
rules and the freedom of people are suppressed. In this mess of violence it may
be a little difficult to see – but I personally believe that humanity is on the
brink of a tremendous breakthrough for consciousness with the potential of a
golden age. A breakthrough, which will lead us into a time where people in
general will re-establish connection to their spirit and where the creativity
from that will lead them in their life.
Most people
on this planet already believe in the spirit or some kind of Divine Creator God.
Some believe in God within a religion and some outside a religion. Sometimes I reflect
a little on how the different religions on Earth were created. They were
channelled from God by some person in a certain culture in a certain area, who
- at the time of its birth, was able to receive the message. This person was
not an ordinary person – it was an enlightened spiritual being and still a
person in a body and with a mind. So the divine message from God went through
the mind of that person and changed into words, sentences, chapters, rules etc.
The message was written down by somebody else to be kept for later generations.
And later on, the message was adjusted to be understood by those latter generations.
So religions
are different depending on the time of their creation and the circumstances of
the culture in which they were born. Generally the purpose of the religions has
been to serve the people by leading them along the path towards fulfilment of whatever
destiny they have. And to my knowledge they have served their people well.
There is
one thing I have always been wondering about: How can one religion be the right
one when they are all created from the same Divine Creator God? How can there
be just one truth,
When the
people who received the divine messages were very different persons and brought
up in very different cultures? So is it so, that every religion holds a piece
of the truth? And is it so, that there may be something that unites all the
religions – because this could be the basic message for all of us. It seems to
me that the basic message from God in all those religions is - Love. That God
is a loving God who wishes for all of us to open up to pure love and live from
that.
Today we
experience a tremendous change in the conditions for mankind. We have the most
amazing new technology connecting us together around the world and available
for billions of people. Science is close to tame the hydrogen atom for peaceful
production of energy. A lot of work in the industrial countries move to the so
called developing countries because of the lower payment – and at the same time
it takes the population there out of poverty.
Our
challenges are big, too. We face a global heating and need to find our way back
to a life in balance with the Earth. And most of all it seems to me, that the
main crises on Earth is a spiritual crises. That most of the current religions
no longer are quite able to provide modern man with guidance for her/his path
towards their divine goal.
Personally
I do not find the answers to those challenges that difficult. The help is within
us all the time. It seems to me that each and every one of us just needs to
re-create contact to the spirit and ask for what to do. Each spirit will advice
us differently of course – but you know – if our spirit is directly connected
to God and therefore connected to a huge network of spirits we just need to do
what our personal spirit tells us – to follow our path the best we can.
The divine
influence for transformation on Earth will continue in an increasingly speed.
And the best religion for mankind during this period will be a religion
assisting the modern individualistic human being on hers/his path towards a
Universal understanding and connection to the love from God. That means there
must be more taken part of the rituals. The rituals must lead into a direct
communication and dialog with the spirit.
If the
religions are unable to do that – they will probably just vanish and be
replaced by a new religion.
